About

I was trained in clinical neuropsychology at Washington University in St. Louis working with Dr. Deanna Barch and Dr. David Van Essen. Broadly, my research interests are centered on human emotion and cognition interactions in psychopathology as well as functional neuroimaging analysis methodology.

Specifically, I am interested in characterizing brain circuits involved in processing affective material and how they interact with circuitry involved in active cognitive processing such as working memory.

Further, I am interested in how these interactions manifest in both healthy adults and individuals suffering from schizophrenia.

Currently, I am working closely with Dr. Philip Corlett and under the guidance of Dr. John Krystal at Yale University using neuropharmacological models of psychopathology.
