About
I'm an Assyrian-American graduate student in my third year of the Yale Assyriology PhD program. I am in my final semester of coursework, so my research interests are still flexible, although I have a particular interest in the history of Mesopotamia and its periphery in the first millennium BCE. I am also interested in comparative Semitic languages, including Syriac, Biblical Hebrew, Neo-Aramaic, and, of course, Akkadian.
